Ordering Methods:

Our preference is the PBS on line ordering portal which enables us to set up

Client specific contract prices and discount structures eliminating pricing errors.

We also accept Phone, Fax, Post & email.

Order Acknowledgments:

Whichever order method is chosen we will email an acknowledgement

detailing products, prices & delivery address giving the opportunity to

Clients to do a final check before goods are dispatched.

Delivery:

Delivery on our Suppliers stocked products is Next Day, we will advise of any products on back order. Delivery is free with no minimum order value.

Invoicing:

Invoices can be generated in several ways by branch, head office,

cost center, per delivery, per order or monthly consolidated.

We have a very flexible System to accommodate client’s requirements.
